Abstract:

Abstract:

Authentic Movement excited me when I discovered its powerful way of speaking to me within an empathic, non-judgmental and non-interpretative framework. Authentic Movement is a newly emerging discipline of kinetic meditation through which the participant can learn to engage with a direct experience of herself, the group and the transpersonal. This is an experience beyond words and concepts.
